Who can participate?
Youth aged 14-19. No prior experience needed! If you're interested in technology, design, entrepreneurship, or just bringing cool ideas to life, then apply.

What to expect?
Five adventurous days in Kuressaare with other young inventors. You have the chance to:
Share your ideas on what products or services the world needs
Gather a team around you to build a prototype together
Find mentors who have previously participated in Hüppelaud and now work at Estonian startups where they prototype daily
Join workshops where you'll learn design, programming, using AI tools, and presenting your prototype to potential clients, investors, and the audience
Present your project to successful Estonian entrepreneurs and hear their thoughts
Make new friends to build something cool with in the future

What types of prototypes will be built?
All sorts of prototypes are built at Hüppelaud! We have top-notch software mentors who help you design and program digital products and services.
And we also have a 3D printer, small electronics, soldering irons, and several mechanical and electronics engineers who assist in prototyping physical products. Every idea can be turned into a first experimental solution.
Examples of previous years' projects:
Camera app that suggests tasty recipes from a photo of your fridge's contents
Smart flower pot that automatically cares for soil moisture levels
Computer game to learn science
